an international agency in Seoul, South Korea,
assists Korean high school students who seek to participate
in an exchange student program in the U.S. and other countries.
SACE also sponsors internship programs for college
students who want to lead in gaining international experiences.

President Hee Jung(Veronica) Ryu founded the
Jang-Won Academy in 1996.
In 2001, President
Ryu renamed the Academy to SACE to reflect
the expanded work in International Exchanges
Programs and Internship Programs. For the past
over ten semesters, President Veronica has
successfully placed students in the United
States and other foreign countries to further
their educational experiences and broaden
their cultural understanding of the world.
Also, she has promoted the internship program
since 2004.

The advances in today’s world communication systems,
information technologies,
and transportation logistics
created increased interconnectedness of people and places.
Globalization has changed core notions about political,
economic, cultural, religious, and social beliefs.
The shift to worldwide integration of these societal arrangements
makes today’s world a dynamic place in which to live.
In this ever changing world, Korean students desire to prepare
for impending challenges by expanding their international knowledge
and experiences.
SACE Education Center
provides international educational opportunities to Korean students
through the American Private or Public School Exchange Student Program.
As a representative of an international, non-profit, American organization,
SACE Education Center can also place students who desire to study English
in English speaking countries through the American Private High School Program
and Canadian Public School District Program.
SACE Internship Center
mission seeks to broaden the future career opportunities of Korean college students.
The International Presenter and Professional Training Internship Program offers
first-rate professional training and a once-in-a lifetime cultural exchange
experience. Program participants are entry-level and mid-career professionals
from overseas who wish to deepen their understanding of other countries’
culture and business practices and to improve their English language skills.
